Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that during holidays, it may take up to 6 business days to fulfill and ship your order, which does not include transit days. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Family Day, Canada Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day for Canada and the US, and Christmas Day.
If you haven't received your package yet, please contact us. We appreciate your patience, but it may take a few weeks to resolve the issue fully.
In-stock items will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of receipt unless you are notified.

We provide express delivery through Canpar or UPS.
We sincerely hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, suppose for any reason you are not entirely pleased. In that case, you may return any item in its original condition within 60 working days from the delivery date for a full refund.
Please use a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt), as LINEN WAY is not liable for any returned goods we do not receive.
Additionally, we are only responsible for returned goods once we receive them in their original condition and packaging.
Once we have received your returned items, we will examine them and calculate the appropriate refund, which will be the amount paid for the goods but not the postage (unless the return is due to defects or errors on our part, as explained below). This amount will be credited to your payment credit card through our website.
If you return the goods due to defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
