All the prices on our website are displayed in either Canadian or US Dollars, depending on your location. The listed prices do not include any tax or shipping costs, which may be added; however, we don't charge any handling fees. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Until they are paid for in full, all goods remain the property of Linen Way.

We accept the following payment options: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Our products come from carefully selected European and Peruvian artisans, as well as made in Canada, who have been producing them for generations and take great pride in their work. We visit all our suppliers to ensure the craftsmanship and fiber quality is the standard we expect in all our products. In addition, we are careful to ensure that each of our suppliers uses sustainable methods to meet our environmental standards.

Very rarely, a product that does not meet our high standards is sent from our suppliers. If you should receive such a product, please contact us immediately for a replacement. 

Please note: natural fibers can shrink when washed by approximately 5%. Linen's occasional slub, streaks, and gentle shadings should not be considered defects. If an item contains a defect, a photo of the item must be sent to Linen Way for approval before an exchange or credit is issued to the retailer. Linen Way will also refund shipping costs on approved defective items. Any discrepancies in your order must be reported to Linen Way within 10 days of receipt.

Our customers are very important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Suppose you are unsatisfied with your Linen Way product. In that case, you may return it within 60 days of receipt of the items for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns must be trackable. Refunds are only applied once the items are received.
International returns may be subject to customs, tax, or duty charges at the Canadian border and will be the purchaser's responsibility. All International returns must be pre-approved by Linen Way to avoid unnecessary charges.

The following items are non-returnable: monogrammed items, sale items, and custom orders.

All of our orders to Canada are shipped by Canpar, ChitChats, UPS or Regular mail.

Orders to the United States are shipped via US Post, UPS, or ChitChats unless otherwise arranged with the customer. Shipping options are offered at checkout.

We do our best to ship your orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by outside influences beyond our control – i.e. Customs delays.
